Indications:	Tendonitis, the most frequent complaint involving tendons, is the result of a painful inflammation that reduces mobility. Arthritis (the most frequent joint problem) and rheumatism are the result of deterioration of the cartilage and system of movement, particularly in cold, damp climates. The body becomes worn, the tendons lose their suppleness, and joints become stiff and less mobile. These ailments are painful, persistent and chronic. Massaging with Tendolor always brings relief to the joints and sensitive tendons.
Warnings:	There are no special precautions at normal doses. Tendolor is not a medication
Method of use:	Massage technique: For all muscular, joint or tendon problems: rub in Tendolor massage oil as gently as possible with a light movement to experience the benefits of its essential oils, apply Tendolor generously on areas that are sensitive or at risk, using gentle penetrating movements.
