Indications:	Muscles, joints and bones need continual attention, as cramp, muscle soreness, aches, inflammation (tendonitis, tennis elbow etc.) can set in without adequate preparation. A single awkward or inappropriate movement in skiing, tennis, hiking or windsurfing can result in injury and spoil your pleasure. Massaging with Sportonic before activity will help irrigate the muscles and joints, thus preventing muscle pain, cramp, strains any other injuries. The ideal preparation for any activity.

Method of use:	Massage technique: Before exercise, vigorously massage the muscles involved. Knead the muscles to make them mobile. For night cramps, gently massage the calves before going to bed. For muscle strains and similar problems: apply Sportonic oil locally by gently rubbing in until penetration is complete.
