Precautions of use:

• To hold out of reach children
• Not to introduce more than 5 capsules per day
• To preserve safe from any heat source
Omega 3 Q10 are not a drug
• This product cannot replace a balanced diet.

Note of use:

• As of the month which precedes the pregnancy and up to 2 months after the birth or at the end of the breast-feeding: 2 to 3 capsules per day, with the daily newspaper.
• In the adult and the child as from 12 years: 3 to 4 capsules per day - cures of 1 month to renew 3 to 4 times per annum
• In the child up to 12 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day (to make swallow or mix the contents of the capsule in a little honey or sweetened tepid milk)
