Method
of use: 

• Method of use: From the beginning of the labour, apply a few drops of this blend and massage into ankles, solar plexus, and especially onto lower back …. Why not by daddy? Repeat those massages every 20-30 minutes in order to use the entire bottle (in all +/- 160 drops)

P.S. this relaxing strategy can be initiated a few days before the expected date of childbirth
