Linoleic (Ω6) = 35g
Ωlinolenic (Ω3)= 0.2g
Oleic (Ω9)= 45g
Palmitoleic = 0.1g
VITAMIN E /100Gr = 8mg


Instructions for use :    

Oral use : 10 grams (1 table spoon) a day.

Cosmetic use : Particularly suitable for fragile or mature skin. Anti-ageing and restructuring. Strengthens brittle nails.
