Method of use:	Massage technique: Stress, agitation, difficulty in sleeping all benefit from a back massage on either side of the spine using slow gentle movements. For children with'tummy aches'caused by nervous tension, massage the solar plexus or the stomach. For emotional problems, palpitations, and spasmophilia, use a few drops on the solar plexus and a 20-minute massage of the back.
